Inno Motion Engineering designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a wide range of rubber bonded to metal products. For over two decades, we have been offering all types of rubber materials from Nitrile, Natural, Neoprene, EPDM, and Viton® Silicon as well as many other grades of rubber available in varying degrees of hardness and manufactured to unique customer specifications. The process of bonding rubber to metal surfaces typically utilizes various chemical and/or adhesive techniques as well as metal insert and rubber molded together. This rubber to metal process transforms uncured rubber stock into strong functional items with many unique characteristics including high strength bonds possible through special compound formulation, physical and chemical surface preparations and process controls.
