Rubber Bushes

We at inno Motion Engineering manufacture various shaped rubber bushes which are available as standard items whilst special requirements can be made to order. Tooling costs may be applicable for such special items. Where tooling is available any of our standard rubber compounds may be selected. The installation depends on whether the rubber bush may be a loose fit on assembly or pressed into place. Also, the act of assembly may compress the rubber bush against mating surfaces to eliminate ‘play’ or to provide a pre-load. Typical Applications of rubber bushes include isolation of surfaces – typically an internal bolt from an adjacent flat or cylindrical surface. The materials include rubber: Natural rubber (polyisoprene) of different grades. Alternative elastomers available on request.
